I don’t see many t-shirt designs by J3Concepts these days, but when I do, I’m often elated! “Think Positive” is available at LTDTEE for about two and a half more days from the time this is posted, and I couldn’t be happier with the design. The piece is very minimal and just one color, something that I don’t expect from J3Concepts after seeing many of his previous t-shirt designs. Despite such a contrast with his other pieces, I love what I’m seeing. The design is simple and so is the message that it’s trying to get across, so the two go hand in hand quite nicely.

You can purchase “Think Positive” at LTDTee for $26.99 before using the coupon code smile for 10% off. The t-shirt also comes with a signed 8″ x 10″ print of the design and a custom box.

I haven’t eaten Chinese takeout in months now, but after seeing this t-shirt from Dead Bury Dead, I am seriously craving some. “Takeout” is limited to only 50 pieces and comes packaged in a takeout box with a fortune cookie. I love creative packaging!

You can purchase this t-shirt from Dead Bury Dead for $18.99. Yummy!

You know the drill! All tees are on sale for $10 at Threadless until Monday, June 14 at 5pm Central Time. Hoodies have also been reduced to $30. Which designs will you be purchasing?

It’s been a while since my last product review, but this is the first of several that are going to be posted within the next few weeks. Today’s post is about a tee from Poli Graphic Design called “Power Trio.” If you haven’t guessed it yet, it’s another sweet design by againstbound. His style is so unique and distinct, something that I love.

I haven’t seen too many yellow shirts on the market, so this was a real treat. Printed on a lemon American Apparel tee, this seven-color illustration came out beautifully! Read the rest of this entry »

Have you ever noticed your body twitching right before you fall asleep? I recently learned that there was a name for this, and this movement is called a hypnic jerk. One company has taken this phenomenon and incorporated into their brand name and designs. Hypnic offers plenty of somewhat abstract designs that play with your imagination. What’s neat is that two people may look at the tees and interpret them completely differently.

One of my favorite designs from their shop is called “Ootline,” and I especially love the placement. The illustration is a good way to translate how I feel when I drift off into sleepy land, since words can’t describe it. “Ootline” is available at Hypnic for $24.99 in three colorways, brown, navy, and lemon. If you become a fan of Hypnic on Facebook , you can get a 30% off coupon code to use at the store!

I haven’t fallen in love with many Shirt.Woot tees, but today is the day when the count is raised by one. This tee, titled “Gonna Make You Lunch,” puts a huge smile on my face and I can’t get enough of it. I do wonder what PB’s lyrical skills are like, though. Perhaps it goes a little something like this…

Yo my name is Peanut Butta and this is my jam
Don’t confuse that with the DJ ‘cause his name is really Sam
I’m spitting out these rhymes as you’re making some lunch
Spread me all over yo bread then add the DJ for extra punch
Make sure that we’re even and don’t put too much on
Or your kids will spit it out and say “What’s going on?”
“These sandwiches are whack and I do not like the taste.
Please, Mom, listen to PB&J ‘cause they know how to make it great!”

Who knows… maybe the peanut butter isn’t saying anything at all because he has no mouth and the jelly DJ is playing some trance beats. Regardless of what’s actually going on, I love this shirt!

$10 at Shirt.Woot, available in Mens S-3XL, Womens S-XL, and Kids 4-12

If you grew up watching Popeye cartoons like I did, then you’ll be sure to love this Regal Clothing Co. tee that celebrates such a magnificent character. Created by Elzie Crisler Segar in 1929, Popeye the Sailor is a hero that is well-known worldwide. He is also the only fictional character that I know of who relies on a vegetable (spinach to be exact) for his power and strength. I remember watching Popeye defeat Bluto and save Olive Oyl on numerous counts when I was growing up in Thailand, and this tee brings back the memories. I love the color combination of Popeye Punch,” and it is a wonderful addition to the line of shirts at Regal Clothing Co. Celebrate Popeye’s 80th birthday by picking up this shirt, and use the coupon code “SUMMER” to take an additional 25% off your order!

£17.50 at Regal Clothing Co., available in Unisex S-XXL
