Loving This Tee

Archive for May 2010

So I’m way behind in blogging due to school, but since I have just taken my last exam, this will be the first of many new posts (let’s hope I can keep it up!).

I heard from Ropeadope Design Collective sometime last month and have been meaning to write about them. They have eight designs up for pre-order now that will no longer be sold after May 20th. This first collection is pretty solid, and I’m loving several of the designs. This first release is comprised of illustrations by a.mar.illo, Priscilla Wilson, peachbeach, Wotto, Tang Yau Hoong, againstbound, Hydro 74, and Steven Erdman. From this point on, RDC will release eight new designs every three months. Each shirt is limited to 500 copies or less, and every order comes with a free CD. I don’t know what music is on it, but it sounds neat!

Head on over to Ropeadope Design Collective shop to pick up these and many more great designs for $24 each.

Finally, a shirt with a reference that I understand at Teefury! Don’t get me wrong, I’m sure that LOST is amazing. I just haven’t seen the show so I never know what the tees are all about. Anyways, since I’m pretty obsessed with Lady Gaga and even wrote a final paper about her in one of my psychology courses this semester, I’m going to have to give today’s funny design two thumbs up! “Lady Pugaga” by Lisa Hanawalt is a great combination of pug and Lady Gaga. Just check out the telephone headpiece that this little pup has on! Oh, how I’d love to see Lady Pugaga and Lady Gaga together in real life.

Time for me to quit writing and watch Lady Gaga’s video for “Telephone” for the 1000th time. While I do that, you can purchase “Lady Pugaga” at Teefury for $9 until the clock strikes midnight Eastern Time.

To all the Alice in Wonderland fans out there, you’ll be happy to hear that Design Kins has their Cheshire Cat tribute on sale for only $10! There is no definite end date on this marvelous sale, since it will end when the design is completely sold out.

So if you really love “Lose Something?” then I would suggest that you head over to Design Kins to pick it up ASAP before your size runs out! Oh, and did I mention that this print glows in the dark?
