One of my favorite t-shirt artists is Yema Yema. I have a lot of her designs both from her store and from Tilteed. Her work is so unique, and I am always waiting for a new Yema Yema piece to add to my collection. Today I’m going to be reviewing something a little bit different from her. Instead of a regular t-shirt, here’s a baseball tee that she released on her site a while back. It’s called “We Are Robots” and it’s a 3/4 sleeve baseball tee.
What’s not to love about robots? You’ve got famous robots ranging from R2-D2 and C-3PO from Star Wars to Bender from Futurama. Robots are everywhere! This design is great because while there’s the main robot in the middle, there are lots of other fun characters and loads of details. Read the rest of this entry »
Yema Yema released two new tees this month, and one of the designs is one that I have been waiting to see printed. “I Want a Tattoo” shows a Yema-style character with a sweet tattoo sleeve, and it’s now available for purchase in the Yema Yema shop! I don’t have any tattoos, but I’m always admiring others’ tattoos. Maybe one day I’ll get one myself, but that could be a long while from now. For now, I’ll just be happy wearing a t-shirt with a character full of body art.
One of my favorite online shops to frequent for designer toys is Neon Monster. They always have a great selection and the latest releases, so it’s no wonder that they’re one of the top online toy spots. I’m not here to talk about toys, though. It is Loving This Tee, after all.
Neon Monster has recently released a new t-shirt design featuring their original character, called “Dissected Mitch.” The design has a neat Kaiju feel to it, reminiscent of Godzilla and other giant Japanese monsters. You probably can’t see the details, but I absolutely love that one of the lines points to a “solid-state chicken holster.”
This is definitely one neat t-shirt, so if you want to represent the toy world as well as the tee world, here’s a perfect piece for your collection. You can purchase “Dissected Mitch” at Neon Monster for $20! I highly recommend that you pick up some new toys to go with it, too.
I love lions. They’re probably my favorite animals next to pandas (yeah, I love those lazy fuzzballs). Random Objects has a great lion design in their shop called “Lion for a Day” that I just can’t stop looking at.
The shirt shows a roaring lion and a quote from Elizabeth Kenny that says “It is better to be a lion for a day than to be a sheep all your life.” I highly stand by this quote, as I find it better to be a bold individual than to follow what everyone else is doing in the mainstream. This is a terrific design with a positive message!
Wotto’s back with a new limited edition doodle design only available at Tilteed for 72 hours! “Monsterous” is a sweet collection of monsters, each with a personality of their own. And if the fun monsters weren’t enough, there’s a vibrant color palette to boot!
This shirt is badass. I don’t think I need any other description.
Maxime Archambault, also known as s3studio around the t-shirt world, is bringing us a happy design titled “Paint A Rainbow“, available for the next 3 days at Tilteed. This limited edition design shows us how rainbows are made. No… there aren’t double rainbows making rainbow babies, if that’s what you were thinking. There’s also none of that refraction business either. Instead, it’s quite simple. You just need a paint roller, some paint, and someone willing to take on the task of painting the sky!
I love how this rainbow doesn’t have a normal rainbow’s spectrum of colors. I’m a big fan of the color palette and I love the street art feel of the piece. What are your thoughts on “Paint A Rainbow”?
So I’m really enjoying seeing black and white designs lately. Here’s one from Ardentees (ARDT) that I love called “Black is the Night.” Sometimes a nice, relatively simple shirt like this is what I crave to pick out from my wardrobe. I love the patterns! What are your thoughts on the design?

I was pleasantly surprised to see this new Tilteed Limited piece by Oiseau because it’s a step away from his more prominent skull and skeleton themed t-shirt designs. I’m not a big fan of skulls, but I’m definitely a huge fan of wild animals like giraffes, so this design gets two thumbs up from me! I am also drawn in by the mixed perspectives of “Wild Architecture.” It takes your eyes on quite a ride!
Here’s a more detailed image of the illustration:
If you like what you see, then be sure to head over to Tilteed to pick up “Wild Architecture” for $12 before it disappears for good in less than 2 days. Use the code “LovingThisTee” at checkout to take $2 off.
What would the world be like if we humans were all pandas? For one, we’d be a lot more cuddly! Pandy Cane shows us what it would be like in a world where everyone’s a panda, including our presidents. Can you imagine currency with furry panda faces? Or what about a giant marble panda in the Lincoln Monument? “Mount Rush-Paw” gives us a glimpse into this fictional panda world by replacing all of the faces on the famous Mount Rushmore. I wouldn’t mind seeing a recreation of all famous landmarks and statues with panda faces instead of human ones. I think it’d be pretty awesome!
