Not too long ago, Andy of Hide Your Arms launched two sweet new sites where t-shirt enthusiasts can rank t-shirt blogs and t-shirt shops, T-shirtblo.gs and Shirtstor.es. I love how Andy picked such fun, creative website addresses! Although I feel like there’s some fishy voting going on, as many sites have really low ratings (i.e., Threadless has a rating of 2.4 stars out of 5), these sites are still nice places for discovering new blogs and stores.

Today is a special day because Teefury is selling $5 grab bag tees! That’s right– a super secret mystery tee for the low, low price of five bucks! I can’t get enough of the mystery behind grab bag shirts, and there have been several sweet designs since the last deal, so I might just have to pick up a tee or two. Releasing Dark Matter

There’s an awesome new tee at Tilteed! This one is by one of my favorite artist duos, YAWN. If you don’t know who they are, then you should check out their fabulous artwork. They’re surprisingly very skilled with felt pens. That’s somewhat off-topic, so back to talking about the t-shirt…
“Releasing Dark Matter” is the newest Tilteed Limited t-shirt, and although it’s a one-color print, it’s no simple illustration! If you know me, then you know that I love designs that have an endless number of interpretations. Is the sword stabbing the rock or is it just being pulled out from the rock? What is the dark matter composed of? Is it oil, ink, or some other mysterious black substance?

Regan Smith Clarke x Cavata Clothing

Regan Smith Clarke and Cavata Clothing, two great Boston-based brands, have a special collaboration in the works. Now I don’t know all of the details, but what I do know is that the two companies have joined forces to create one awesome t-shirt. The only hint that they’ve given out is a little snippet from a poster. I’m definitely intrigued!
I’m hoping I’ll be able to gather some more information at Renegade Brooklyn, where RSC will have a booth. I’ll keep my fingers crossed!
